MISSION & OBJECTIVES
St. Louis Chinese Language School(STLCLS)is a non-profit organization with main objective of teaching Chinese language, promoting Chinese culture and providing related services to the general public. The School is open to anyone interested in learning Chinese language and culture, regardless of age, race, sex, religion and nationality.
CURRICULUM & SERVICES
1. The school is operated on Sunday afternoons from 2 to 4:50 PM on the same calendars of the major public schools which the majority of our families attend.
2. The program consists of language and enrichment classes. Language classes are separated into traditional, simplified， bilingual and adult classes. All of the classes use the Chinese hanyu pin-yin pronunciation system to aid students.
3. The enrichment classes offer a variety of Chinese cultural related activities, such as，Kongfu, Chinese folk dance, drawing and singing, lion dance, Chinese SAT etc.. The school also arranges different kinds of activities for parents such as, Taiji, Fitness Exercise, Dance，badminton etc..

创校宗旨
聖路易中文学校是一個以教中文，推广中華文化和為大众提供文化服務的非營利团体。学校对外招生，任何对学习中文和中華文化有兴趣的人，不分年龄﹑種族﹑性別﹑宗教信仰和國籍，一律欢迎。
教学和服務
学校校历配合美國公立学校校历。上課时间為每星期天下午两点到四点五十上課。学校的課程分為語文課和課外活动。語文課使用汉语拼音輔助学生發音。中文班分簡体字，繁体字和雙語班。学校使用汉语拼音教学。
課外活动為学生提供約一小時的中文SAT, 功夫、中國棋、绘画、民族舞蹈,，美勞，唱遊舞獅等。同時也為家長們提供羽毛球，太極，舞蹈，葫蘆絲等活动和各種保健、投資和稅法等講座服務。您可在網上看到更多学校的信息。

......聖路易中文學校程寶珠特別感謝幫忙這次晚宴的義工們，還有成人班師生們的精彩表演。程寶珠說，海外辦中校，不論經費、人力、資源都十分有限，如果沒有義工投入，中校很難在艱困環境下存在，這也是她對義工們特別感恩的主要原因。
師生享用晚宴時，先有學校花絮和攝影班作品幻燈片供大家欣賞，然後穿插猜謎、抽獎及精彩表演等。
第一輪的文藝表演節目，有活潑明快的舞蹈表演「好運來」，指導老師是何江英，接著由閻明和李桂林的二重唱 ，高歌一曲「家和萬事興」。由侯志沅和王中凡指導的小品「牽手」，演出紅娘牽線的逗趣節目，讓觀眾笑聲不斷。
第二輪表演節目，先有何江英指導表演的新疆舞「吐魯番的葡萄熟了」，舞姿曼妙動人。接著為正宗陳式太極拳的精彩演出，老師王錤並指導八段錦的養生運動。
最後一個節目是合唱歌舞，演出台灣民歌「阿里山的姑娘」，由繩建生和侯志沅指導。歡樂歌舞，為當天活動掀高潮。
當晚的頭獎禮品是由校長程寶珠捐贈一台大電視，幸運得獎人是王節發，他的太太是老師王蕾。大家都紛紛祝福王蕾夫婦新年好運連連。
