圣路易中文学校现在开始接受本学年度社区服务奖提名。社区服务奖由老师，职员或家长提名并填写提名单。学生本人亦需撰写 200 - 400 字的短文叙述活动经过及个人体验。提名单及短文需一并缴上，再由评审委员会选出得奖人，得奖者名单将在结业典礼中宣布.

提名表格可到询问处(Information Desk) 索取。提名截止日期为四月的第一個星期日，候选人资格在 表格上有详细说明。请将填好的提名表格及短文在 四月的第一個星期日或以前一并交到询问处 (Information Desk) 。四月的第一個星期日后，评审委员会将不再接受任何提名。请老师，职员和家长尽量提名并鼓励学生撰写短文。

Dear teachers, staffs, and parents:

St. Louis Chinese Language School is accepting applications for the Community Service Award nomination. The Community service Award will be nominated by the teachers, staffs, or parents. Application should include the form filled out by teachers, staffs, or parents and an assay written by the student. The essay should be 200 - 400 words long describing the activities involved and what you have leaned from these experience. The award winners will be selected by the Award Committee and announced at the closing ceremony.

Application forms for the Community Service Award Nomination are available from the Information Desk. The qualification is described on the form. All applications must be submitted to the Information Desk by the first Sunday of April. Applications will not be accepted after this date. Please announce in the class and encourage students to participate.
